Detectives investigating York sex attack renew appeal to trace man

Two men punched to the ground in Scarborough town centre

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an assault that occurred in Scarborough town centre.

The incident took place outside the Opera House Casino located on St Thomas Street at 12.40am Sunday 23 September 2018. It involved two men approaching two members of the public with each being punched causing them to loose consciousness and fall to the floor.

Police are requesting the publics assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

Both suspects are described as white men with little or no hair. They are both wearing dark coloured tops with jeans. They are both of a similar height and are of stocky build. One man is known to be wearing white training shoes with the other wearing darker shoes.
