Royal plea: Meghan Markles sister in DESPERATE bid to see Duchess about fathers health

The Duchess of Sussexs half-sister Samantha Markle was today hit by a barrage of criticism as she took part in a phone-in with members of the public.

Ms Markle, who arrived in London last week, said she was visiting Britain to make personal contact with the royal and hopefully move forward with peaceful resolve.

She added: “I know you’ll think of a million excuses as to why this is silly or why you don’t have time for it; much like the day I told Light I didn’t have enough hours in the day to do it, and he told me that’s why I needed to meditate twice as much.”

The writer, who was not invited to the royal wedding, apologised to the royal family for having insulted Meghan on Twitter, saying: I wish things could be different.

“I love an intense vinyasa class – and even better if it’s blasting hip hop and done in a dark room with candlelight. I’ll do yoga a couple of times a week – hot yoga specifically.”

But 53-year-old Ms Markle was met with heavy criticism from callers to Jeremy Vines programme on Channel 5 today who said she had no relevance in the UK.

“There are so many benefits that come with yoga – increased flexibility and muscle strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax decreased anxiety and better sleep.

Samantha, who was not paid for the Jeremy Vine interview, said Meghan should have known better than to believe the lies

In the book, readers follow six exercises – including “be still”, “be thankful” and “receive freely” – that promise to strengthen your happiness in 30 days.
