Martial, who has emerged as United’s key man in recent weeks, withdrew from the France squad with a groin injury, while Dalot has missed over a month with an unspecified knock.
But both look to be available for the weekend, along with Marcos Rojo who missed out an Argentina call-up having not played all season due to a knee injury sustained at the World Cup.
Prior to the defeat to rivals City, United looked to be coming back into form with some good results including a win away to Juventus and draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
But they remain eighth in the Premier League table, seven points off Tottenham in the fourth Champions League spot.
Following the game against Palace, United host Young Boys in a must-win Champions League clash, before matches against Southampton, Arsenal and Fulham.
