LINCOLN, Neb. – A construction company in Lincoln is looking at nearly $100,000 in damage to fix after a building used to make asphalt caught on fire. It happened around 6:30 Sunday evening.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue were dispatched to the building near N. 70th and Cornhusker Highway after it says an employee performing routine maintenance on the building accidentally started the fire.
