Body found in search for man missing from family home

Kuljit Pall, 35, was reported missing on Sunday, 23 September after he left his home address in Restalrig Terrace at around 7.30pm.

Officers confirmed today that his body was found in the North Hillhousefield area at around 1.15am on Friday, 28 September.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding this death and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

Inspector Kevin Smith from Craigmillar Police Station said: Our deepest sympathies are with Kuljits family at this time and we will continue to provide them with all the support and assistance they may require.

Officers confirmed that during their search they found the 35-year-olds body in North Hillhousefield at 1.15pm on Friday.
